Coon Balls

No, this Coon Balls recipe has nothing to do with real coons. Actually, we have no idea how it got its name. If you know, will you tell us? We hope that you enjoy this Coon Balls recipe. "Coon Balls"

Ingredients:

3 cups of Bisquick
1 lb. of Jimmy Dean sausage (hot or mild, your choice)
1 lb. of shredded cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons of Tabasco
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
Instructions:

Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
Roll into small balls that are about the size of a ping-pong ball.
Place the balls on a pan and cook at 350 degrees F. for about 10 minutes.
