Hi all
Went out of town this weekend to see family and give Mom a surprise party.
I love being out in the country but its so good to be back home in my home and bed lol.
I have lost another 1pound so i am down to 38 lbs now . Its looking like every three days i am loosing a 1 pound or so .
So now i am at 258 from 296

ok off to unpack etc
