It's been one of those weeks. I am just down and i think letting things get to me is why. So i read some really good things in 2 Samuel and it lifted me up . Today i will not sit and do nothing . Today i will MOVE IT MOVE IT MOVE IT . Sometimes you have to have a WAKE UP call and i think thats what i was needing.
