Well Tomorrow (DEC 23rd) i will be longing for my father again on his birthday. He was my rock. I love him soooooooooooooo much that ever time i think of him (every day ) i shed tears. I will never ever forget my last moments with him. Sometimes we ask WHY and i have to tell my self never question the lord for he knows why and one day i will see my father again at those golden gates. I pray that what he has taught me as a adult i can instill it in my children and they can learn as much as i did from his up bringing. LOVE YOU DADDY (HAPPY BIRTHDAY )


Liquid DIET SUCKS i am basically starving still having the nightmares of getting protein drinks down my throat. ITS NOT as easy as some folks say it is . I pray my liver is shrinking because my nightmares of protein shakes aren't shrinking at all lolol. I am also on some meds to cure a bacteria that causes ulcers so please pray all this is gone and well on Sunday so i can wake up on Monday and be ready for the change of my life (surgery) .

I have a great support group person (he knows who he is ) . IF it wasn't for his support in this surgery i would of probably already given up . There has been many bumps in my process but i think all the bumps are clear now and i am head strong on this surgery .



Family is doing well Karley was throwing up last night . ARGGG hope she is the last to have this virus. Her birthday is on WED she will be 5 its like yesterday that i thought i would have to bury a child (they had lost her in the hospital ) but she came threw with flying colors. Ok you all know my story . Well when i knew the doctor's office sent in the claim to ins I called DAILY sometimes twice a day .............. YEAH I KNOW CRAZY but hey i was going to get this surgery some way aproved and if it took a cajun girl bugging the crap out of a ins company i was going to do it lolol. WEll i just checked the mail today and had a letter from ins sayingi was aproved for surgery HELLOOOOOOOOOOO i know this lolol.


But the best part (or to me it was )
In the fine print of the letter it said they dont cover plastics and good luck with my surgery.

at this point WHO CARES about plastics i just want the dang surgery lolol

So I AM OFFICIAL APPROVED so says the letter lolol

WHAT A DAY LOL 13 days and counting

Well today was the first day for the official liquid diet. Well it went SOME WHAT OK . But i will be bringing protein shakes with me to work tomorrow. I cant take these headaches anymoreeeeeeeeeeeeee.


i am enjoying this winter weather. What about ya? My kids love it too. Oh before i forget bailey is now a Wolf he got his badge tonight.


Well i must go crawl in my bed with this headache and i am freezing (i have the heater on lol) . YOu all stay WARM and COZY.

OFFICIAL DAY ONE

WOW i woke up in good mood until i saw the blender. I tried my protein mix with water yesterday it wasnt the greastest . This morning i tried it with Milk still not too bad but STILL its GROSS. I did get the 8oz glass down about 90% of it. Then i took vitamins with crystal light. I have 13 days to go . So i pray SOON i hear from ins and i can get threw these 13days.

My journey is starting (liquid diet)

Well my diet has started. I get no more food not even a bite. I will starat my vitamins and protein meal replacements today . I am excited neverous and everything else that comes with it . i am hoping the two weeks will come fast and by DEc 23 i will be having my surgery . I am still waiting on INS but doctor doesnt seem worried about them saying yes. He said he will do surgery during the holidays (some doctoers wont) . I pray i am not too fussy while this journey goes. I will miss alot of my favorite foods but i know in the long run it will be worth it at the end.

I will be posting my before pictures soon . I am taking them today when it warms up .

Last Breakfast lol

Well i had my last Breakfast today lol. I had biscuts and gravy YUMM.

I am doing well i woke up with a sore throat and a very sore side (stomach) i think its from the EGD testing i had done yesterday .

Today i am cleaning house , wrapping gifts getting stuff ready incase i go into surgery early . I am hoping tohave surgery the Monday before Xmas YIKES .

THen later i will go get slippers and socks to put in my bag.

I am soooooooooooooooo ready can ya tell .
I am starting Protein tonight instead of monday so i can get the hang of things

I have finished all my screens that were required for WLS. So now its a waiting game for ins to say YES................SO pray really hard THAT THEY DO . i am on some medication which prevents ulcers and acid problems. I also (i am gasping now ) will start my liquid diet on Monday .(doc said ) . So i am crossing fingers all is well . I pray the ins will find that i truly need this if i want a healthy life. I have tried every diet in the book and more and just nothing works for me. I feel this is the option that will help me and teach me a new way of living as well.

Dec 1st (count down time )

Good morning

I am well and kids are doing great. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving day. We did and had alot of laughs etc.



I go tomorrow for a heart ultrasound and then i have to go to two different doctors offices to get medical papers sent to my surgeon. THen friday i do the put to sleep and get a scope in your mouth thing and that will end all my screenings so i am hoping by friday or monday ins will be nortify and they will approve soon. SO please keep me in our prayers as i start this exciting journey Juliet

4:09am (YIKES)

OK its sat and i am up very early. I have so much on my brain that i guess i couldnt sleep. This month is going to be like a spinning wheel. Having all theses screens done with in two weeks. Most likely i will be put on protein shakes and water starting around the 8th of the month. So i been asked ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT THIS LIFE CHANGING JOURNEY? Well YES I DO but my question is am i strong enough to handle it ..............OH friends tell me yes i am and i feel i am but it is a emontioal journey. There will be TONS and TOns of things i will never eat again or cant unless i am willing to have DS(dumping sickness this is what they call it in the world of surgery ). WEll i dont like being sick so i will be watching every little thing that goes in my mouth. ALso on having this surgery i will be watching my body's Vitamin intake. Taking vitamins with the outcome of this surgery is a MUST or you can get very sick. YES i am learning how to take HORSE PILL size vitamins and i am on my third day and i am doing pretty well . WEll with that said i am off to take my horse pills and start some laundry . Please pray my ins will approve me SOON LOVE JULIET

DS is DUMPING this is what they call it when you eat the wrong foods and you get very ill for a few hours . JUST one bite can make you very sick if you eat the wrong foods

Black day

WOW i am still at home. I decided to NOT fight the deals at the stores today. So instead i stayed home with my kids. I will go later to get a tree but thats it.

HOpe for those that went out didnt get too crazy in the crowd lol.


Well Thanksgiving dinner was ok . ITs basically was my last holiday dinner for a while.

Well dont have much to say so i will close. Please keep me in your prayers i have a few long days ahead of me . Pray that my surgery will get set and ins will NOT give me any troubles on it. Just pray for my doctor and staff as well as me and my journey of a new life style.

BOOST

I just took my first drink of BOOST drink. Please tell me there is something that tastes better lol. I cant see my self drinking this for TWO WEEKS only . I am going to end up living on water for two weeks probably . I am a person who never takes medicine unless i am dieing or cant breath(bad cold etc) . I dont take anything chewable (though i am having to now ) or liquid.............................. PLEASE give me good vibes it will get better. They wanted me to start getting my self use to it and so i bought some to try . Because i am haveing to watch what i eat now and stuff because my surgery is coming up quick (after ins aproves). Because we are beating a deadline of Dec 31st .


Ok enough rambling ....................i got to get this stuff down then vitamins............................GOD HELP ME LOL

Screens today

Ok well i went to psycho doc and took a 370 question test . OH MY GOSH what STUPID questions they asked. Then we went to Dr Scarborough's office to get some class and test done . Well it was wrong information and appts so I ended up seeing the doctor and then a nurtion class so i will know what to expect and what diet i am on. Basically i am having to slowing take myself off of FOODS YIKES. I got my special vitamins i will take rest of my life. SO i start those tomorrow.


I go Tues to get a ultrasound done on my heart. Then Friday morning i will be put to sleep for them to take a scope and put down my throat and look at my stomach . After that i believe lab work and then ins will get contacted.

SOOOOOOOOOOOOO please say a prayer for me that all goes well with ins

Journey BEGINS surgery

HOWDY FRIENDS


Well i have started my journey. I went to the seminar that is required and then i have been to the heart doctor today . Yeah I didnt know what they were going to do until i got there. The treadmill and me made best friends lolol (Stress test) . Then they checked my heart and now i go on tues to take ultrasound of my heart.


Tomorrow I go for the pysho test then i go to the diet doctor and then diet class. What fun.

I am getting excited wish the surgery would just get here. I am ready to start a new life and new journey. I have talk to some wonderful people on my new message board i am going to . And cant wait to meet them at the support group meet.


Thank you all who is at OH who has answered my silly questions .

WOW what a week

Hey friends

We are all enjoying the wonderful cool air now with fall here. I hope this finds you all well and happy. I was sick last week with a very bad sinus infection and lost my voice. Boy it was strange not having a voice. Now i went to doctor today with another issue lol i have a infection. I will spare the details but just know its a very discomfort feeling and i hope none of you ever go threw it lol.

Kids are well they are just getting excited about Christmas and Birthdays.
Well the diet is starting (doctors order) and lets just say WOW its going to be a struggle but i will do it . At this point in my life i have NO choice .

So i have been reading alot of blogs lately on diets and menus etc so i thought about sharing with you my details in diet . So my diet has to be 1200 calories and a walk ( no walking next few days though thanks to the rain) and drink nothing but water or sugar free stuff.



So here is my menu

Breakfast egg and piece of lunch meat, or sausage
Lunch Can of soup with 4 strawberries, string cheese
Supper chicken salad and toppings
Dessert 1/3 of gs nuts


Not sure the calories but with the way i feel i really haven't been eating like i should But i think i am in my calories rage . I am learning all this calorie stuff so bare with me.


Ok so keep me in your prayers for my family and me and my health i have to get on track with this diet or i will be dead like most of my family in the pass or will end up having more health issues then i can deal with .

list of fun things

Wow its been a long time since i posted. So much has been going on . here's my list. lol


We are all heathly and good.
We are enjoying the fall.(my favorite time of year besides spring)
Got Roof fixed WOOHOO
Now this weekend Russell is out side making me a back porch WOOHOO.
Next week is my skirting we are hoping to put on the house.
Then we plan on doing the door. Then i think all repairs or mostly done.
The diet is SO /SO . My stomach hurts more now then it ever has before i think. But i wont and will not give up i might have to eat different then the atkins require but i am going to work might not be over night though.
After a MONTH of going in circles we finally got the ins taken care of WOOHOO>
I went to the New kids on the block concert it was fun exciting .......but it felt really strange going after waiting for 15 years to see them live.

Scouting is going well . So far no problems and i think i have 8 boys starting this year. We are in the process of getting ready for our fishing derby and plus our group gets to camp afterwards . I cant wait


Karley Ann had her front tooth pulled out and doing well ...........Just hate the fact we have to wait for a couple of years to see teeth again lol


Took the kids to a Zooboo today what a blast we have ( i will post pictures soon on myspace)
This week i have planned

Monday teacher meeting with Bailey's teacher, Scouting
Tues work and Terminix is coming WOOHOO i cant wait
Wed i have a training to go to
Thurs i am off to go sit at a ard meeting for Bailey's speech then i am going to look for skirting

Friday ............Who knows thats too far i do need to go get a oil change

HI everyone

Hope you are all doing well . Its been one crazy week here. I will just list the choas we have had lol.

Family had to come from la to stay with us for a while thanks to MISTER GUSTAV.
We enjoyed our family but its so nice to get back to the normal life we share.

I had to re work my classroom schedules again i am hoping this time i got it down. I love working with my co worker she is awesome. ITS going to be a great year .


Bailey Got his first mark in class. No i wasnt easy on him because i believe he knew what he was doing and he could of choosen right or wrong and he choose something that is not acceptable in our home. So i am hoping we kicked it in the butt and he will do well in his class.


Scouts are starting up YAYYAY. I just wish more people would HELP OUT with their sons activites instead of depending on leaders to do it all .
I cant wait to meet all my new boys.


Russell is going for a interview on tues so i am praying (please pray for us ) he gets this job. IT WOULD DO WONDERS in our marriage, bills, family life.
We struggled for five years with chapter 13 that i am praying we can start over a new leap.


We cleaned the house from top to bottom cleaned carpet etc. NOw i am working on doing the master room (what a night mare when your office is in your bedroom ) but hoping he gets his job we will gt some shelfing going on in the room so it would look better.

Bovay 2008

HEY WE ARE BACK
What a week end we had at bovay.
Story one

Bailey finally knows how to ride a bike. YES he is seven and i know he should already know how well we didn't buy him a bike until a few months ago and he has never really been able to ride it . Well he learned the hard way at the Bovay camp . They had a small BMX track. Well after hitting the traffic sign and barn (head first) and running away from the guy Nick because he didn't know how to use the brakes............gotta to say now he knows how lol.

Story two

Bailey has learned how to semi swim in a deep pool and fly off the sides and slide by him self.


Story Three

Julie (ME) MADE IT THREW half OF THE TUNNEL (lost mine) yeah me. So next year i hope i can get the guts to go all the way threw with out freaking out lol


WE had a blast its amazing to me how its only hour and half away and the weather is so different and pretty . I cant wait until next year. My son came back a totally different child. He learned soooooooooo many things. I wish all parents would step up to the plate and let their child decide if they want to do this or not (scouts) . It's very rewarding and it makes the boys be more indepent and mature.

HEY there,

Hope everyone is doing well. I am recovery from my training this week in cypress. OH WOW i have learned SOOOOOOOOOOO much from , learning to make peanut butter sandwiches threw excerise and useing your body parts , to blowing up milk and food colors......... YES i am a teacher and so i have the right to act like a child in class and learn from my crazy ideas. lol
As a teacher we must make our lifes and the students we touch threw our classroom with fun , exciting learning even if it requires messy stuff, to screaming and moving noises. I so cant wait too see my students and introduce them to the exciting new ideas and plans i have for them. It was soooooooooooo good to see my kids (they stayed with granny for the week) when i am away from my kids i feel lost. I was so glad to see them on thurs. I spent some extra time with them on friday and today and tomorrow we will just play and enjoy each other. I have came back with a awesome feeling in my body and soul now . We listen to great speakers and christian comedy. It was so good to spend time with my co workers. I felt like we bonded great and i think we will have a exciting year ahead of us.

We are prepareing for our Bovay trip (camp) this upcoming week . I am so excited i have never camped like this before so its going to be alot of sweat, texas heat but over all its going to be SO WORTH IT . I love my little scouts and i cant wait till the year starts so we can exlpore the wolf year together.

Well thats about all I will be celebrating my 31st birthday this week (YIKES) . YES i feel my age but i dont regret one thing of those years. I am soooooooooo blessed to have great friends, awesom family and a great marriage and THE BEST KIDS IN THE WORLD (in my eyes ) . So as you grow older and wiser just remember God gave you these years of life and so go and treasure them and celebrate every year that you have been alive and healthy .

Do you have a friend ?

When i ask that i am not asking you just any friend i am asking That special friend. I have one and no matter how low i get or how high i get in they are always there to bring me up or down with laughter, love, caring and just flat out a great friend. This is a friend who i can call and say hey lets go to best buy (they arent big into girly stuff lolol) and they will getup and go . IF i need computer worked on this person is RIGHT THERE. This person knows basically everything about me and more . I have known this person since college and we have always been able to share things together. The person i am refering to is Vinson, He is just a great guy all the way around. He is like a brother i never had, a friend that i can tell anything to a friend i can argue with and i still win (right vinson) . Poor guy came over last week three days in a row and we picked on each so much you could see the horns coming out of his head. But he was a trooper and dealt with me because i was a kid who wanted her LAPTOP NOW and didnt understand why it was taking so long. With all the questions i asked HE never got mad,,,,,,,,,,, he probably was ready to kill me but we are friends if you cant bug each other a little then why be friends. We have shared laughter, death, birth , college days, and more and i will always know i have a friend deep down in my heart that i know i can call FRIEND for life LOVE YOU LOTS JULIET Ps to Vinson ,,, NO i am not going to love war craft after i publish this post lolol

Clean house

HI friends,


Well we had a very productive weekend. We de cluttered our closet (YIKES). I never knew you could collect sooooooooo much stuff in about two year frame. Then we rearranged my bedroom and living room and kitchen so we were bussy. But it was a good busy and now my house is very clean and spotless. I cant stand clutter so how my closet got so clutter is beyond me lol. But we threw away old clothes, holiday stuff, some of my scrap booking and teaching stuff. stuff i bought and never used. Russell got rid of some child hood memories stuff (nothing with value ) So we are very excited its like a new home again lol.


Hope you are all doing well on this Monday I took kids to park and ran to the store . Then we came home to watch ET and paint sun catchers. So they are happy plus they will see their granny today . OK off to dig in my coupons . TTYL

declutter

hey friends

How's things going. i am doing well i am laying on the couch typing to you all . i am so getting use to my new toy lol. But, i got to admit i still love my desktop lol. Well i redid my kitchen YAYYAYA me. It was a job but now my kitchen is 100% decluttered, organized, clean, everything is put where it belongs. Now i got to work on the getting rid of apple decor and bring in the new something. Not sure what i want argg
I just knows its going to have to match hunter green stuff . (any ideas?) Then before i took my bath soak i dragged in my husband to the bathroom and we cleaned under the sink YIKESSSSSSSSSSSSssss i wont say how many of those plug ins i had GEES thank goodness for my candle lady . I hate those plug ins they seem to never to work but www.pkstuff.com works wonders. So my next job of de cluttering is my CLOSET and file cabinet but that might be over the weekend or next week . My closet has hubby;s stuff and mine and hoilday stuff etc. Then files need to be cleaned out and i have so much teaching stuff i am wanting to throw out . So when i am done these two spots guess what I AM A 110% decluttered WOOHOO.

Good morning,

Well today in a new day . Not sure what we are doing but kids want to go somewheres. So i am thinking of the park or something . Let them run some energy off. They woke up wanting to clean Karley's room . YAYYYA So now they are picking on each other lol. kids right !!!

Well i just finished feeding the turtles so i guess its time to feed the kids breakfast. NO my turtles dont get fed first just kids werent ready to eat . LOL

Well I have heard our class of 96 lost another sweet person . I didnt know him that well but i knew of him he finished school a year before me . Life can end in a second like it did for Richard Story so enjoy every minute you have on this earth with your loved ones when the lord is ready he will take ya rather you or your loved ones are ready for you to leave .

ok i wanted to share something that was CREATED BY ME lol.
Sometimes i get in the mood of what if i mix this and that together what will it taste like. Well tonight was that night.

items you need
package of mixed noodles by skinner
package of schwans cheese sauce (or any kind you have i guss would work )
Some salad mix in a bottle (its the stuff that you find in the veggies area )
about 1/3 or less of milk
cajun cereole seasoning
bacon bites

boil your noodles
melt your cheese
put noodles in your glassware and then pour a little of milk in it pour cheese, salad mix and bacon bites and mix it together then sprinkle some seasoning on top bake for a few mins (i didnt time it )

well i started off with two kids that should explain most of my shopping right lol.
Ok so off i go to krogers and i had a 10.00 gift card and a 5.00 dollar coupon and if you bought ten items of things that were on the special you got 3.00 . SO to start shopping i had 18.00 in free money .

Ok then i bought things i needed and here are my totals

So i saved 62.00 with their sales and my coupons etc.
so i wrote the check out for 62. and change


I was sooooooooooooooo excited i cut my bill in half and i got things i can use and things i needed and etc and this included NO MEAT besides the hot dogs . Normally when i have meat my bill is high so i budget my meat into my bill before i start with my coupons so i can try and bring down my bill better.

ITS WORKS YAYAYA

Ok lets just say it wasnt broke we just had trouble getting the router to work . SO now i am chat from any where with my good ole friends and family ................ well most places i can lol.

ITs sooooooooooooooooo different from the big computer though . WEll i hope you are all doing well . I am doing so much better now then i was last week . I wont discuss what happen last week lets just say i was at my last straw and honestly it was scaring me . But with a lots of prayers and support from friends and family i have over come that stone. I am excited for July the fourth . I love watching the kids faces when the fireworks go up and i hear LOOK MOMMY WOW ITS SO PETTTY (karley likes to leave the R out lol) .

Kids are playing hearing the toys moving around on the floor are so good to my ears. Sometimes it doesnt have to be the big things to make you happy . knowing my children are right here playing together and geting ALONG is awesome to me. THey have grown to love each other so much this summer i am loving it . With them doing this i see them helping me more around the house with out complaining. THey are even useing their manners more now.

I just finish washing dishes and now i am playing on my toy lol. I got so much i have to move to this pc its going to take a while . But its worth the wait.

HOWDY FRIENDS

Wow its been a while since i have posted. Well to b honest after the funeral and few personal things happening i just basically stayed away from posting or the world. But i am doing well . Kids are doing great and we are all counting our days before Camp. I never in my life thought i would love to camp and play outdoors but i am with scouts. Oh and did i say i am excited JULY IS COMING UP in a two days ..................... want to know why .....................OK i will tell ya at the end of this post hhehehe. Well i am going to start posting a little different on recipes and savings that i am doing with my coupon savings. This week i will be recieving some free items and some LOW cost items so i will post after my trip on Tues. Do you hear what i hear..............ITS STORMING cats and dogs out there . Thank you lord for watering my sunflower plant. lol Well i will close now A buddy is coming over to work on my NEW TOY >>>>>>>>>>>HEHEHHHE can you guss what i got .

Daily lifes

Hi friends,

Well i was asked to do a eulogy at friend's funeral on wed. I was so honored to say yes but worried i will mess up or dont have the right things to say . But i know in my heart the lord will be with me and that family that day . I know i am not alone when i go to stand up and speak because i have a great lord above who is always with me and you threw our daily lifes.

I cleaned house today and spent alot of time with family and laughing and giggling etc with the kids. its always good to see them laughing and having fun as a family . I hope you were able to spend time with your family this weekend and enjoy the things that the lord gives us in our daily lifes.

As i am closing i want to ask that you go and spend a few mins on what god has done for you in your every day lifes. and share it with those who dont know him as well as you do . You never know when someone you speak too is going to need that chat with ya. We go on our daily lifes but sometimes we dont realize some people are just waiting to talk to someone or needing to reach out to them. RIP LISA O

HI ,
I come with a sad heart today . One of my friends has passed. I am lost with words. Today i go visit the family and i just pray i have the right words to say . Its so hard to loose someone who is so close. I remember when my father passed its still so fresh to my memory to this day . Sometimes i just sit and say Why lord. i know we aren't suppose to ask why because he has his reasons but some times its so hard. But i know My father is in a special place now and one day i will be there.

Death isn't a easy thing to deal with Most of all of us has been threw it . SO before its too late make sure you say everything to the ones you love and share every minute you can with your loves ones because before you know it the lord will take us and put us in a better place.

Just wanted to share My son as well as my group of boys got bulls eye tonight at camp and so in doing this they got a necklace animal tooth of some sort and a patch. Bailey was sooooooo excited he has been trying to do this for the longest well he got it .

Hows everyone doing?

I am so tired we had scout camp last night. (its like vbs but scout style ) . But it was fun. Got another four days of camp . Bailey is enjoying it so guess thats all that matters.
Well going to make it short today i am tired and got house work to do before i go back to camp .

Sharing a recipe a friend in New York sent me . I am not sure if i will ever make it but she swears its yummy lol.

BEAN BARS

2 cups cooked beans [chichi, kidney, pinto, or navy beans] Instead of buying and cooking the beans, I used a 15.5 oz can of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed 3 times.
2/3 cup dried milk
1 cup wheat flour
2/3 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 egg whites, beaten
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup molasses
½ teaspoon ground cloves
1/3 cup olive oil [I used canola oil]
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon allspice
1 cup raisins

1. Mash beans into a paste.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Stir to mix.
4. Pour into 8 x 8 pan
5. Bake at 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
You can also use pears or other fruit to replace the applesauce.

I put all the ingredients, except the flour and spices, into my blender and made the paste out of it. Then I mixed the flour and spices together and put them into the blender, along with the raisins. Blended all that well.

This is very good, taste like a spice cake with raisins in it.

HI there

Well i know its been a veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyy long time since i posted here. Thought i would just drop a few lines since i know some still read this crazy thing.

We are all doing so well i can only thank god for keeping us going. HE works in so many ways in our life's some times i just sit back and watch. I had decided a while back i wasn't going to journal online but i have decide i would give it a try again . But i think i will keep this more of a every day type post (things that are open) and keep my personal blogging to my kids journals that i started when they were babies.

I want to shout out to all the father's HAPPY FATHERS DAY. Please give your children's all your attention . That's one thing i will always have a long for My father who isn't with me . SO some times i look up to certain ones who are father figures just to have that feel of love from a father. I love my dad so much and it was a very short 21 years of life with him but i will cherish every minute second and hour and day and year that i had with him. He died with a big heart and so i know he lived a full life. HE will always be in my heart . SO if you are reading this Be strong and be there for your children. I LOVE YOU DAD (RIP )
